Villa Ampelia

Villa Ampelia

Villa Ampelia is a five-bedroom private residence by Olias Homes in Geroskipou, Paphos — contemporary in style, with a focus on comfort, quality and outdoor living. Open-plan living and dining areas form the heart of the home, while large windows and sliding doors open the interior to the garden and pool and draw in the natural light. Outside, a private pool, landscaped gardens and generous terraces shape life in the Mediterranean open air. Inside, Italian ceramic floor tiles in the living areas meet engineered wood in the bedrooms; the kitchen combines bespoke joinery with contemporary worktops, and the bathrooms feature large-format ceramic slabs, modern sanitaryware and fittings by Grohe and Hansgrohe.
